A Step By Step Guide to Running a Full Diagnostic Check On Your Computer...

Trouble shooting your computer isn’t as difficult as most computer salesman and technicians would like you to think.  In reality, it’s just a matter of following basic steps to go through the main areas of possible problems until we are able to detect and repair the issue.  With this in miind, I've created this straight forward guide that is going to take you through an entire trouble shooting and repair process that is sure to get your computer running properly again.  

Remember that in many cases, it’s not just one problem that is causing issues or poor performance - it can be hundreds of errors.  You can have spyware eating up resources, a virus mucking with your file structure, a half dozen out of date drivers and a hard drive that is in desperate need of being defragmented.  As a singular problem, only one of these issues may go completely unnoticed, but over time, as problems add up, your computer no longer runs properly.  

With that said, I’ve created a guide that to my knowledge is completely unique on the internet.  I’m going to take you step by step through the process of running a complete diagnostic check on your computer.  Through this process, we will be doing the following tasks.  

• Perform a Complete Deep Scan of Every File On Your Computer for Traces of any hidden viruses, Trojans or worms.
• Check your entire system for any sign of spyware or attempt to steal your personal information.
• Identify any attempt taking place to monitor your computer activity or usage.
• Run a complete check of your entire Windows operating system for any errors or problems.
• Perform a complete hard drive diagnostic check for corrupted data pockets.
• Complete a full deep scan of your Registry for integrity errors.
• Check all of your system drivers to ensure they are updated and compatible with the current version of your Windows operating system.
• Check to see that all of your Windows files are up to date.  

The entire process is going to take about 1 to 2 hours to do, and is significantly more thorough then the tech down at your computer shop is going to bother doing.  We’re going to be using several different diagnostic tools that are all very easy to use, but exceptionally effective at their job.   All of these tools are free to use to check for errors so to use this guide, you won’t have to pay for anything.
